I consent to the processing of the personal data provided in the contact form. The data will be processed solely in order to reply by contacting the phone number or email address given. §1 Definitions Website – the “justbooking.pl” website operating at www.justbooking.pl External website – websites of partners, service providers or service recipients cooperating with the Administrator. Website / Data Administrator – the Administrator of the Website and the Data Controller (hereinafter the Administrator) is DP NIERUCHOMOSCI SPÓLKA Z OGRANICZONA ODPOWIEDZIALNOSCIA, VAT ID: 5273168994, with its registered office at ul. Bobrowiecka 1a, 00-728 Warsaw. User – a natural person to whom the Administrator provides services by electronic means through the Website. Device – an electronic device together with software through which the User accesses the Website. Cookies – text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device.

§2 Data Protection Officer Under Article 37 of the GDPR, the Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. In matters concerning the processing of personal data, including those relating to the personal data collected, please contact the Administrator directly.

§3 Types of Cookies Internal cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website’s IT system. External cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the IT systems of External websites. Session cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website during a single session of that Device; the files are removed when the session ends. Persistent cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website until they are manually deleted; they are not deleted automatically when the Device session ends unless the User’s Device is configured to work in incognito mode.

§4 Security of data storage The cookie storage and reading mechanisms do not allow personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device to be collected. Transferring viruses, trojans or other malware onto the User’s Device is practically impossible. An internal cookie used by the Administrator is safe for the User’s Device. Through cookies, only information relating to the User’s Device is stored on that Device. Cookies are not used to identify the User, and the User’s identity is not established from them. Cookies used by the Administrator may be read only by that Administrator. External cookies may be read only by the External website that placed them.

§5 Purposes for which cookies are used Improving and facilitating access to the Website, personalising the Website for Users, remembering settings, presenting advertisements, statistics and analytics, providing multimedia services and social services.

§6 Purposes of personal data processing Personal data provided voluntarily by Users is processed for one of the following purposes: providing electronic services in the scope of making available the content of the Website, contacting the User, marketing purposes, and answering enquiries sent through the contact form.

§7 Cookies of External websites Within the Website, the Administrator uses JavaScript scripts and website components made available by external services which may place their own cookies on the User’s Device. Please note that the User may at any time set the conditions for storing and accessing cookies in their browser settings. These services include, among others, analytics tools, social plugins and mapping services.

§8 Types of data collected The Website collects data about Users. Some of that data is collected automatically, and some is provided by the User. Automatically collected data includes: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page and the date and time of the visit. Data provided by the User includes the data entered in the contact form: name, email address, phone number and the content of the message.

§9 Access to personal data by third parties As a rule, the only recipient of the personal data provided by Users is the Administrator. Data processed within the Website is not transferred or resold to third parties. Access to the data may be granted to entities providing services to the Administrator on the basis of a data processing agreement, in particular hosting providers, IT service providers and accounting services.

§10 Method of processing personal data Personal data provided voluntarily by Users is processed for one of the purposes indicated in these terms. Personal data is not combined with data obtained from other sources and is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling that would produce legal effects for the User.

§11 Legal basis for processing personal data The Website collects and processes User data on the basis of: consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), a legal obligation to which the Administrator is subject (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), and the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

§12 Period of personal data processing Personal data provided voluntarily by Users is processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and after that for the period required by law or for the period of limitation of claims. Data processed on the basis of consent is processed until the consent is withdrawn.

§13 User rights relating to the processing of personal data Users have the right to: access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§14 Contact with the Administrator The Administrator may be contacted by email at contact@justbooking.pl or by post at the address of the registered office: ul. Bobrowiecka 1a, 00-728 Warsaw.

§15 Website requirements Limiting the saving of and access to cookies on the User’s Device may cause some functions of the Website to work incorrectly. The Administrator accepts no liability for functions of the Website that work incorrectly where the User restricts the saving of and access to cookies.

§16 External links Within the Website – in articles, posts, entries or comments – there may be links to external websites. Such links operate on rules defined by their administrators. By clicking a link, the User leaves the Website and the Administrator bears no responsibility for the content published on the external website.

§17 Changes to the Privacy Policy The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without informing Users of the scope of the changes. Information about any change to the Privacy Policy will be published on this subpage of the Website. Any change enters into force on the date it is published.
