Booking terms and house rules for JustBooking apartments.
Booking
A booking is confirmed once the deposit has been paid by the date given in the confirmation message. If it is not paid by then, the booking is cancelled.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11:00 on the day of departure. Earlier check-in or later check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
Number of guests
Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay in the apartment. Additional guests require prior approval and may incur an extra charge.
House rules
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartments.
- Quiet hours run from 22:00 to 6:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Stays with pets must be agreed in advance.
Liability
Guests are liable for damage they cause to the apartment and its contents. Please report any fault immediately so that we can fix it during your stay.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the rate you choose and are stated at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless the rate states otherwise.

Complaints can be sent by email to contact.justbooking@gmail.com. We respond within 14 days of receiving them.
